We retain basic user contact information to communicate with our customers and Users about product and security updates and information relevant to their purchase history. The Host of ThePotLab Customer Data

Our customer data is hosted in the WordPress Engine services cloud. By default, ThePotLab hosts in the Pennsylvania and California state regions.

Retention of ThePotLab Customer Data

We maintain all customer data until we mark Users as “inactive” or a customer deletes his or her own account. Users can delete their accounts by contacting our support team at [email protected]

TPL gathers User’s information directly and indirectly. TPL gathers User information directly when a User creates an account, places an order, or answers a survey on the Site. When a User navigates the Site, TPL gathers information indirectly through cookies or other apps.

At TPL, we want to make sure that you are able to exercise your rights in an easy and understandable way. If you ever want your data to be deleted, please submit your request to [email protected].

The request should be filed by the User whose data has been collected by TPL, or another person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf. Adults are allowed to submit verifiable requests on behalf of a minor.

When submitting your request, please make sure that you provide us with enough information to confirm that you are the person whose information we have collected. Additionally, please provide as much information as possible about your request so that we can respond to it in a satisfactory manner.

Please take into consideration that a User is only allowed to submit a request for access or data portability two times within a twelve month period.

Response Time

At TPL, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. We will confirm your request within 48 hours of receipt and complete it within 45 days, as stated by the CCPA. If we need more time to complete your request, we will contact you. Your request response will be delivered electronically.

Your Rights to Opt-In/Opt-Out

Even though TPL does not sell User’s personal information, if you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to submit a request to TPL directing us to not sell your personal data. You can submit your request to [email protected].
