Service Manager

We are looking for a community- focused service manager to expand our reach. TPL is a nationwide cooperative of patients & researchers, collaborating to create the finest THC-FREE alternatives for our members.


-BS/BA Degree – Marketing/Business preferred but not required.
-Ability to communicate clearly with patients, scientists, physicians, nurses and other service members.
-Ability to use creative & social media to drive memberships, fundraise and expand membership base.
-Ability to use modern computer programs (Office Suite etc.)
-Experience in health and wellness markets preferred but not required.
-MS/MBA with 5-10 years experience in health and wellness markets.

-Organize and execute outreach campaigns on social media and other online venues.
-Create and maintain membership communities.
-Expand and maintain service standards for the cooperative.
-Provide guidance for packaging, labeling and advertising media.
-Recruit and maintain an efficient online service team.
